I hope that we can work together to get to the root of your health concerns and support you through your journey to optimal health and wellness.

I am a licensed Naturopathic doctor living in Orange County, California.  I received my Doctorate from Bastyr University in San Diego. Before that, I attended the University of California, Irvine where I received my Bachelor's degree in Public Health Science and completed my pre-medical coursework. I have known that I wanted to become a doctor since I was a child, because I wanted to combine my passion for serving others with my interest in health and science. Throughout my childhood and adolescent years, I struggled with conditions like eczema, acne, migraines, and terrible allergies that were not being treated effectively. I started to become exposed to natural and integrative medicine as I grew older, and saw the profound effect it had on my own health, and the health of my friends and family. Shortly after, I discovered Naturopathic medicine and realized that it was the perfect fit for me. It unites my respect for conventional western medicine and my appreciation of natural medicine.

As a licensed Naturopathic doctor, I focus on integrative, preventative, and personalized medicine. I try to support the body's own ability to heal itself using modalities like botanical medicine, vitamins and nutrients, dietary modifications, and lifestyle interventions before turning to pharmaceuticals. My main areas of focus are women's health and skin conditions. I also am very interested in the prevention and management of chronic disease, and anti-aging and longevity. Most of my clinical rotations during school were focused on digestive health, autoimmune disease, women's health, and dermatology and aesthetics. I also treat patients with a number of different health concerns such as fatigue, digestive disorders, thyroid abnormalities, anxiety and depression, stress management, autoimmune disease, headaches, and many more.

Naturopathic doctors are trained in many different modalities, and can incorporate different therapies into our treatments based on each individual patients's needs. I tend to use botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, diet and lifestyle modifications, as well as different cutting edge functional lab tests to identify and treat the root cause of my patient's ailments. I also perform PRP facials and facial injections.

Through my own healthy journey, and my time in school, I learned that this medicine really works. I truly believe in the integrative health care model, and I enjoy providing my patients with adjunctive care while working with a team of other providers.

I grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and then moved to the beautiful San Clemente, California before high school. When I'm not practicing, there is nothing I enjoy more than a day by the beach. I also love taking pilates classes, discovering new coffee shops, hiking with my husband, and spending time with my friends and family. I also love learning about and testing new natural skin care and makeup products.
